Leslie’s journey into hypnotherapy is very personal to her. Her interest piqued after seeking out hypnotherapy services for her son. He was seeing a psychologist to try to help with a dissociative disorder that left him afraid to go in his own backyard. After seeing him have episodes at school and his friend’s houses, Leslie looked into hypnotherapy to help him— thanks to the suggestion of a friend. She was amazed at the progress she saw in him so quickly—after only nine sessions. After seeing the benefits of hypnotherapy, Leslie decided to pursue it and became certified herself.

What Can You Expect From a Hypnotherapy Session With Leslie?
Leslie’s hypnotherapy sessions are virtual. When you meet, she will guide you through meditative techniques to allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Your internal awareness is heightened and you will find that you are able to use resources found within yourself to achieve the desired behavioral changes. By drowning out external interference, you can tap into your subconscious—this is the key to understanding your insecurities and negative beliefs about yourself and your surroundings. Hypnotherapy allows us to access the subconscious and start to change many of these beliefs and thought patterns.
Depending on the behavior(s) being addressed, everyone shows results in different ways and at different times. Generally, 3-4 sessions is considered adequate, while some clients begin seeing results in as little as one session.
